Welcome to the website of Beloved Birth Collective ("Beloved Birth Collective," "we," "us," or "our"), located at belovedbirth.org (the "Site"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About Beloved Birth Collective
Beloved Birth Collective is a nonprofit organization working to transform perinatal care through midwifery-led, community-centered strategies. We do not provide direct perinatal or medical care services through this Site. Our flagship program, Beloved Birth Black Centering (BBBC), is a separate clinical care program operated in partnership with Alameda County Health and Alameda Health System.
2. Not Medical Advice
The content on this Site, including text, graphics, research summaries, and educational resources, is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended as, and should not be relied upon as, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always seek the advice of a qualified physician, midwife, or other healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition, pregnancy, or postpartum care. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read on this Site. You may view, download, and print Content from the Site for your own personal, noncommercial, informational use, provided you do not modify the Content and you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, republication, or public display of the Content, requires our prior written permission.
Requests to use Beloved Birth Collective's curricula, frameworks, or educational materials for training, clinical implementation, or research purposes should be directed to us at [contact email] for licensing or partnership discussion.
5. Donations
If you make a donation through the Site, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. Donations are processed through our third-party payment processor, Every.org, and are subject to that processor's terms as well.
Donations are generally non-refundable except as required by law or at our discretion. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us at info@belovedbirth.org.
Beloved Birth Collective is a fiscally sponsored project of Movement Strategy Center, a 501(c)(3) organization. All donations to Beloved Birth Collective are tax-deductible, and we will provide written acknowledgment of your gift for your records.

If you submit information to us through a contact form, partnership inquiry, team bio intake, or similar form, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how submitted information is used.
